Las Vegas Real Estate Market Stats

*Home Values: LVR reported that the median price of existing single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada through its Multiple Listing Service (MLS) during June was $475,000. That’s up 7.7% from $440,990 in June of 2023. Local home prices are approaching the all-time record of $482,000 set in May of 2022

*The median price of local condos and townhomes sold in June was $295,000, up 7.3% from $275,000 in June 2023. That ties the all-time high set in May.

*Supply: By the end of June, LVR reported 4,114 single-family homes listed for sale. That’s up 11.8% from one year ago. 1,367 condos and townhomes listed without offers in June represent a 47.0% increase from one year earlier. LVR reported a total of 2,698 existing local homes, condos and townhomes sold in June. Down from June 2023. The sales pace in June equates to a 2 month housing supply, which is slightly more than one year ago
